Albanian Localization and Fiscalization for LS Central

Albanian Localization and Fiscalization for LS Central is a complete software solution related to the mandatory fiscalization of the VAT registered Albanian companies in line with the law obligation to report online cash and cashless invoices transactions. The application facilitates the integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central and the Albanian Fiscalization SelfCare Platform.

Developed by Intelligent Systems, the tool is helpful for every Albanian company issuing sales invoices Cash or Non-Cash, credit memos Cash or Non-Cash.

How does the process work?

The process is completely automatic running on the background with no need for physical devices to be installed. The online communication between businesses and the Albanian tax authority is made through ALF (Albanian Fiscalization Services).

The companies should apply for a valid certificate in E-Albania site before starting to work with fiscalization. The setups that are needed in Dynamics 365 Business Central in relation to the fiscalization are retrieved for each company in the SelfCare Portal.

After posting the transaction in each LS Central POS the application sends a request in .xml file for every type of document that should be fiscalized and gets back confirmation with fiscal numbers from the tax authority. In case the transaction is posted, but not fiscalized according to the Law of Fiscalization, it should be fiscalized within the next 48 hours. This is done by using the Resend Functionality.
